Refund Policy

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Authors Publication Services.

At Authors Publication Services, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Refunds are granted under specific conditions.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • Service was not delivered as promised.

  • Technical or administrative errors prevent service delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Work has already begun.

  • Files or manuscripts have been delivered.

  • Marketing campaigns were launched.

  • Revisions have been completed.

  • Delays are caused by the client.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The project is canceled midway.

  • Only part of the service was delivered.


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order or invoice details.

  3. Clearly explain the reason for the request.

All requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.


6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and at the discretion of management.
